When will I get my order?
Orders ship within 48 hours after the order is placed. From there it may take 2-6 days by mail. Weekends and holidays may slow shipment.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. You can order as few as one sticker or as many as you need. Whether you're testing a design or placing a bulk order, you can choose the exact quantity that works for you.
Do you offer white-label shipping?
Yes. We offer white-label shipping, and no branding or company information will be visible on the packaging. Your order will arrive in unbranded packaging for a seamless customer experience.
What shipping service do you use?
We ship orders via USPS First-Class Mail unless otherwise specified. If you request a different shipping method or expedited service, any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, we can either resend the sticker or issue a credit to your account.
How much does shipping cost?
Yes, shipping is free when orders are sent via USPS First-Class Mail. For Etsy orders valued over $10, Etsy requires tracking, so the cost of tracked shipping must be covered by the customer in accordance with Etsy's shipping requirements.
