Return, Refund & Shipping Policy — Melted Stickers

At Melted Stickers, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled through a print-on-demand and dropshipping process. Because each item is custom produced for each order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
By placing an order with Melted Stickers, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order selection by the customer
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Carrier delays, customs delays, or postal issues
- Minor variations in color, sizing, or print due to production differences
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, we will resolve the issue.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue
- The issue must be related to production or fulfillment error
If approved, we will:
- Reship the affected item(s) at no cost, or
- Issue store credit for the affected item(s)
In most cases, items do not need to be returned.
3. Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit:
- We will investigate with the carrier
- If confirmed lost or significantly delayed, we will resend the order or issue store credit
A package is considered lost based on carrier tracking updates and reasonable delivery timeframes.
4. Shipping Information
4.1 Standard Shipping (Free)
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
- Carrier: USPS (First Class Mail)
- Cost: Free for customers
- Tracking: Not always included by default for low-volume orders
- Fulfillment: Handled via our print-and-ship partners
Delivery times may vary depending on location, demand, and postal delays.
4.2 Etsy Orders & Tracking Requirements
If your order is placed through Etsy, additional shipping requirements apply:
- Any order over $10 requires tracking
- Tracking must be uploaded into the Etsy platform once shipped
- Tracking must be valid and scannable through USPS or the selected carrier
- Customers may be required to provide tracking confirmation if requested
Failure to provide valid tracking for applicable Etsy orders may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.
4.3 Shipping Costs on Etsy
- Any shipping label purchased through Etsy is the responsibility of the seller/customer account holder as applicable
- Shipping costs are not included in Melted Stickers’ free shipping policy on Etsy-based transactions where separate labels are used
4.4 Shipping Discount (Bulk Orders)
To help offset shipping costs, we offer a discount on orders of 4 or more stickers.
This discount is automatically applied at checkout (or through applicable Etsy pricing rules depending on listing setup).
4.5 Tracking Label Requirement (Etsy Shipping)
When tracking is required:
- You must upload the shipping label provided through the Etsy platform
- The label must clearly match the shipped order
- Failure to upload correct tracking may delay order verification or fulfillment processing
5. Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS or other carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections or international processing
- High shipping volume periods (holidays, sales events, etc.)
We will assist in resolving shipping issues where possible.
6. Store Credit Policy
In eligible cases where a refund is not issued, we may provide store credit.
Store credit:
- Can be used on any Melted Stickers products
- Does not expire unless stated otherwise
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
