Melted Stickers is a platform that allows users to upload custom sticker designs for printing, fulfillment, and direct shipping to customers. We respect intellectual property rights and require all users to do the same.

By uploading any design to Melted Stickers, you agree to comply with this policy and confirm that you have full rights to use and distribute the content you submit.

1. Ownership Requirements

You may only upload designs that you:

Created yourself
Have legally purchased with full commercial rights
Have written permission or a valid license to use
Are in the public domain and free for commercial use

You are fully responsible for ensuring your uploaded content does not violate any third-party rights.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

You are NOT allowed to upload, sell, or distribute any designs that include or are based on:

Illustrations taken from social media or the internet

2.2 Trademarked Brands and Logos

Sports team logos or league branding
Corporate mascots or slogans
Any design that could cause confusion with an existing brand

2.3 Characters and Media Intellectual Property

Characters from movies, TV shows, anime, comics, or games
Celebrities’ likenesses used commercially without permission
Gaming assets or in-game artwork
Well-known fictional universes and franchises

2.4 Stolen or Scraped Content

Designs taken from Etsy, Pinterest, Instagram, or other marketplaces
AI-generated work that imitates existing copyrighted styles or characters without rights
Any content that you do not have explicit permission to commercialize

3. Responsibility of the User

By uploading content to Melted Stickers, you confirm that:

You own all rights to the design or have legal permission to use it
Your content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
You understand you are solely responsible for the legality of your uploads
You agree to indemnify Melted Stickers against any claims arising from your content

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

Melted Stickers reserves the right to:

Review, approve, or reject any uploaded design
Remove any content that violates this policy without notice
Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content
Withhold payouts or disable listings linked to violations

We may also take legal or corrective action if required.

5. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
